I had a quick stop at The Originals City Hotel Bordeaux Porte Du Bassin and it was a peaceful and relaxing experience. The staff was very friendly and efficient, even though I struggled with my limited French. The rooms were quiet and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, and the desserts were a highlight. The hotel's location close to the motorway made it convenient for travelers like me. I would recommend this hotel for a travel stop due to its peaceful atmosphere and convenient amenities.

Although the Hotel is a bit 'tired', it still provides comfortable accommodation and a very good breakfast. Staff were v. good.

Great location near the motorway, perfect for a quick stopover during a business trip. the hotel was also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me as I was traveling with my dog. the secure parking facility provided peace of mind.
